Tall equipment screen wall built with RoofScreen steel tubes and stainless steel connectors.

We’ve made it easy to build just about any type of structure with this modular, adjustable steel framing system. Of course RoofScreen® tubes and connector fittings are perfect for building a great rooftop equipment screen. But these robust tubes and connectors are also perfect for other uses like rooftop equipment platforms, wall braces and solar racking systems, just to name a few. Really, anything you can think up can be built out of these parts. One of our customers even built a boat dock using this system (if you're interested, you can see pictures in the Design Ideas section of our Photo Gallery).

Equipment Screens

One of the most common applications of our steel tubes and connectors is roof equipment enclosures. For more information about our pre-designed roof screen systems, click the link below to jump to that page.

Steel Tubing

RoofScreen® tubing is stronger and more corrosion resistant than standard pipe. Our high strength mechanical tubing has been tested to last more than 4 times longer than typical schedule 40 pipe. Various sizes and gauges are available as wells as additional services like end crimping and curving.

Connector Fittings

These heavy-duty connectors are made of bullet proof stainless steel. Okay, they aren't actually bullet proof, but they are super strong and they'll never rust. The simple design allows unlimited design flexibility. Simply slide into the desired position and fasten with self-drilling tek screws.

Hats & Zees

Hat and Zee sections are used for many structural applications. These secondary structural members are useful as horizontal girts, furring channels and lateral braces. For equipment screens, they act as the supporting members for mounting the panels.
